| Small player, BIG heart... That is the best way
to describe Trevor Heit. At 5'9 and 150 pounds, Heit doesn't look intimidating
but he averages 8.5 yards per carry and averages a touchdown on every sixth
carry this season. In P-A's Level 3 win, Heit opened the scoring with a 21 yard
scamper and added a 20 yard touchdown before the first quarter was over. After
scoring on a 34 yard run in the third, Heit sealed the 42-13 victory over Bangor
with a 65 yard interception return for his fourth score of the game. For his
career, Trevor has rushed for 2744 yards and a whopping 46 TDs. Combined with QB
Sam Mueller and backfield mate Lance Johnson, Heit has one more obstacle to
climb before the dream of playing at Camp Randall comes true. |
