Mollie is a freshman at Winona State University and a 2007 graduate of Grantsburg high school. During her distinguished high school career Mollie accumulated a number of honors and awards including the 2007 St. Paul Pioneer Press Female Athlete of the Year, Two-Year Member of the National Honor Society, Multiple All-Lakeland Conference Teams in volleyball, basketball and softball, Two-Time All-State in volleyball and Three-Time All-State in softball.
